Before we purchased our "9090" Espresso Coffee Maker, we owned one of those classic aluminum espresso maker. The old one made great espresso, but we wanted to upgrade it to something that's stylish and is made of stainless steels. The "9090" Espresso Coffee Maker not only looks great in our kitchen, but also functional. Before we used it, I was worried that it might not work well. But to my surprise, it's so perfectly designed that it works better than the old one. We are very pleased with this product.

Excepting for the napolitan espresso machines, this is possibly the most beautiful cafetiera ever made.
It's lacking mechanism is more convenient than the screw tops.
Stainless steel models also tend to make better coffee than the aluminum counterparts.
Three cup has a reducer to make a single cup. The six cup has a reducer for 3 cups. I would say that a 3 cup is ideal for one or two people. The six cup is nice for 3-4 people.

Not only is the design of this coffee maker great, but the coffee is too. In no time at all, you can have a perfect espresso or "American" coffee and clean the maker in a matter of seconds. I chose this product after having tried many others also because it's one of the few top stainless steel coffee makers. I liked it so much that I bought other sizes. You won't be disappointed!

The Sapper not only makes delicious espresso, but it is a joy to use and looks great as part of the kitchen.

This is a wonderful product. Near flawless in its design. I only wish I had purchased the larger 6-cup version as the 3-cup version only makes 2 cups at best.

I opted to move up to a fancier espresso maker because I make it every morning and wanted to switch from an aluminum to a stainless steel pot. I appreciate the simple and dependable locking mechanism. With one snap, the hinged handle tightens and locks the top and bottom pieces. The form of the pot is both practical and elegant. And finally, is makes perfect espresso.
One criticism - YLiving, you need to put more energy into describing the products in your online catalogue. Several of the features and benefits of this pot were a complete surprise.

I've used it for years. I agree with all comments above in terms of beauty and functionality; It is actually a piece of art. I regret, however, not being able to get some parts.

We chose the Alessi espresso maker to replace another made of aluminum. Stainless steel is the only way to go. Visually, the Alessi has nice clean lines. It is also easy to use, and clean. We had just one concern: capacity. After seeing the 3 cup version, we opted for the 6 cup size, which is comparable in capacity to our former espresso maker. Couldn't be happier.

Unique design is far better than others. Stainless steel better than cheaper aluminum. the single cup makes exactly that, an espresso sized single cup. so really like a half a cup, keep in mind
