We bought the large one. It looks great, but construction sub-par for the price. Needs to be at perfect right angle to wall for shadow to look right. Wall plate and attachment make that tricky to accomplish. Xenon bulb needs to be ordered -- probably not at your local home depot. If mounted such that you can view along the wall on which it's mounted, the bulb is directly visible and bright enough to be painful. Only by viewing it as 'fine art', which in many ways it is, can you avoid feeling cheated for paying too much.
