Ylighting delivered it in excellent condition, it was well packed and the packaging was in mint condition. The product itself comes with a very long cord and my super was a little confused with the built-in colored wires to connect but he worked it out. The other dilemma was finding the right light bulb to use. It is displayed in the picture with a clear light bulb but since I have it in my bedroom but the light was a little harsh so I selected a softer light bulb. The light is very clean & modern looking. It comes with a very long cord so it works well with high ceilings. In the picture it looks like the bulb fills most of the glass but in reality, I couldn't find a bulb that big but it still looks great as long as the bulb is clear.
