Cannot say enough good things about the glow and architectural strength of these lights. We've used them in an entryway that had a valuted ceiling with no clear way to light the area. Perched a top a closet that runs alongside the entry, they give a beautiful light to the area, add style to the entrance and are functional with the versatile dimmer switch. So happy to have them.

The Dioscuri Table Lamp is a pleasure to have by whatever criterion you use. Its clean, spherical shape makes it a suitable form of lighting in a range of different settings. It looks very much a product of the 21st century and offers a bright yet ambient light. It takes no time to connect and has an easy-to-use dimer switch. It rests on a level surface with stability. This is a beautifully designed table lamp...solid but still delicate. I had ordered the smallest size and yet a great deal of light still illuminated from it. It didn't quite work in the space that I had envisioned it -- my fault and nothing to do with the quality of the product.

First, let me say that the light is fantastic. I bought the model 25, what I thought was a good balance between size and price. Very beautiful frosted glass globe with great build quality all around. I had initially planned to wring the last lumen out of this thing with a 150w halogen bulb (the highest allowable), but as it turns out a 100w incandescent was actually plenty bright.

Now my minor quibble. Lighting designers need to stop making mammoth clear plastic dimmer/transformer boxes. I don't need to see what's inside, I trust you guys wired it correctly. If other manufactures can manage svelt cords with touch dimmers integrated into the lamp base on lamps so can you. The dimmer is about 9" from the lamp base. I wish it was a little more so I could toss it off the back of my cabinet when not in use, but it isn't a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.

Lastly, this is my third ylighting purchase and they have been fantastic. I'll be back again.
