Beautiful and practical as expected

I have wanted a Tizio lamp for quite some time now. I have a large desk that is over 60 inches wide and a large monitor and it has been difficult to light the entire desk and monitor properly. I love the Tizio Plus because it has great coverage, controllable lighting output (I love dimmers), and a flexible head that can be adjusted to any direction. I was able to light the entire desk without creating a glare on the monitor or take up much space on the desk. The lines are structured but also elegant that it doesn't take away from the rest of the decor in the room. Highly recommended.

Falls apart, doesn't hold positon, difficult to grasp switch

I owned a "regular" Tizio lamp for 20 years before it died. I bought this one because of the apparent flexibility. I have had it 3 years and it has literally fallen apart twice. Not repairable-only replaceable. The first time Tizio replaced the head for me. Not sure they'll do it again. However, the head does not stay in the position you might like. It is very "loosey-goosey." It "flops" down. My current head actually got stuck in a position and would not move and it's not a practical position. The switch is also very difficult to grasp. I had to add a rubber band to make it easier for me to use. I would NOT recommend this lamp to anybody. Get the original only.

classic and reliable

I've had my tizio for about 25 years and it's working as well as the day I bought it. Beautiful, great light, and looks great in any room. I can't remember the last time I had to replace the bulb. highly recommended.
