Terrible disappointed and highly insulted by the Manufacturer.

We received this sconce and after opening the box and saw
how flimsy the product was and constructed of plastic for a cost of almost $500.00. We didn't even take it out of the box
because it was not anything like the photo on line and not what we were specifying. We closed up the box and sent it back. The manufacturer had the nerve to say it was broken and used and even claimed the wires were frayed. Totally insulting and absurd. We needless to say will never even consider a product from this manufacturer again.
