What happens if I placed an order on Croft & Little before June 7 but still haven't received it?

What if I have unused credit at Croft & Little?
Your unused credit can be converted to credit at YLighting. Please contact our customer service department at (877) 428-9289 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to convert your credit.
Can I still return items to Croft & Little after June 7?
