In 1996, designer David Abad founded the company Diseño Actual Barcelona S.L.believing that "we do not need a lot of everything, but just a little, with higher quality". DAB is a young but internationally-known, award-winning company of some of the most important product design awards: Red Dot, Design Plus, IF Design, Good Design, Design Preis, all in the last years.
