I would say though, with the 60w bulb as high as mine is in my house approximately 12 feet up, it doesn't function as a good bright light to light up the room. Only note is that it requires E14 European sized bulbs, which I was only able to find locally at a specialty lighting store, and then had limited size/shape/wattage options. The orange paint on the interior of the fixture really glows when the light is lit. It is a real statement piece for the space. It does take some time to assemble the piece but goes more quickly once you get started and get the hang of it.
