Phayvanah Halsackda is from Laos, and came to England at the age of 8. She studied at The Royal School of Needlework and learned traditional skills like embroidery and even worked on the tapestries at Hampton Court. Phayvanah has designed and produced her own range of contemporary lighting pendants for many years for retail outlets like Purves & Purves.

As Phayvanah was Innermost’s first full time in-house designer at their London studio, she has had input into most of the product ranges over the years.
