The one with problems had damaged end caps (at the top of the metal rods) and crooked light sockets in two of the three places that bulbs go. I was able to realign the light sockets myself with an allen wrench and Ylighting has been very good so far about helping get replacement end caps. The box wasn't damaged and this appears to be a quality control problem at Foscarini rather than shipping damage.
