    Well constructed

    The shades are well constructed and are of good quality. Just be sure to purchase bulbs that are closed on the back as otherwise they create a "pink hue." This has nothing to do with this brand of shades in particular - it would be a problem with any frosted shade.

    Precision glasswork

    I purchased these W.A.C. shades to complete a Tech brand installation I purchased years ago. I was worried that there might be a slight diameter difference between the two manufacturers, but these proved to be the right choice; they fit perfectly onto the pressure tabs that hold the shade in place. WAC tends to be less expensive than Tech, so this fit my budget nicely.

    And the finish is beautiful; the lamp casts interesting shadows thru the side of the shades; the colors vary slightly from top to bottom by design - all around a nice look.

    ATTRACTIVE SHADES

    These bell shades are hefty and attractive. We have used both the white and the amber -- the white provides a nice, diffuse focal point without introducing any extraneous color.
