Because this lamp is rectangular, right angles are critical for it to hang straight. While the materials used in the construction seem solid, and the design is beautiful, the assembly of the components leaves something to be desired. The assembly process must have taken place after a long lunch that included drinks because the body of the light was assembled incorrectly. The main supports are attached to the body at different angles. So when you stand at the skinny end of the light and look at it, it's crooked - no matter how you install it. Big dissapointment. And unfortunately this wasn't visible until it was hung. Also wanted to note, though, that I found this light on another site for a slight lower price and YLighting applied their price matching policy without hesitation. Kudos to YLighting for customer service on the sales end.
