Metalarte, S.A., Barcelona, Spain is a manufacturer of traditional and avant-garde lighting whose origins date back to 1932. The world-renowned global company began within the warmth of a simple metalworking shop where its founder, Antonio Riera felt a unique passion for bright, appropriate lighting — something most unusual in a country that used 125 volts until the beginning of the 1960s.

Today Metalarte combines a pride about its pioneer past and its new state-of-the-art factory and manufacturing abilities.
