This is a handsome and functional floor lamp. The slide dimmer offers a continuous variation in lighting intensity and the tapered shade and narrow silhouette are especially suitable for a small, modern space. I recommend the the satin nickel finish and satin white shade for the optimal modernist look.

extremely nice lamp; good buy. basically a work of art. such nice clean lines... everything was perfect. Lamp was packaged better than any of the 10-12 pieces of furniture I've purchased in past year. If there were 6 stars, I'd give this lamp and Y Lighting an even higher rating.

I was looking for a simple torchiere light for my livingroom and wanted something very understated and modern. When I saw this lamp originally in a retail store I purchased it. After I received it the lamp looked so good that I decided I wanted another one for the opposite side of the room for a better balance. I then found it on Y's lighting and couldn't be more pleased. I am very particular when it comes to lighting and this style suited me perfectly.

Was looking for a narrow light fixture for both ends of a sectional. I was familiar with the Holtkotter line so I wanted the quality and durability that I knew they offered. This fixture culdnt be more perfect and functional.

We didnt use the accompanying foot pedal, so I cant speak to that, but the finish (bronze) and shape (narrow shade) are just great!
