Yes, these are definitely lovely to look at, and when you receive them, you will be thrilled. However, the clips that hold the Swarorski crystal in are totally inadequate. As a result, the slightest tap will send the crystal flying out of the clips to smash in a million pieces wherever it lands. Once I lifted a box of cereal out of a grocery bag (hardly a "forceful" motion) and sent the crystal flying. Another time I lifted my purse off the counter top and....well, you get the picture. After replacing two crystals, I have given up. All three of my pendants have cracked and chipped crystals and look terrible. The design flaw really should be changed.

My lights were delivered at my door in time very well packaged. They look better than I had pictured them. The instruction manual was straight to the point and I installed them myself without any help in 30 minutes. I love them and I'm receiving complements all the time. I bought 3 of the pendants and they are just beautiful. Everyone says they look like jewelery hanging from the ceiling.

The upper part of the light is very hot to the touch.
