    The Oval Mackintosh semi-flush mount is a modern twist on a standard source of illumination. A wide, shallow bowl diffuser is held in place by a series of supports and a semicircular section of metal that curves downward to hold the bowl in place.

    Elegant, modern styling but a timeless finish

    Not too tall, this is an elegant, modern fixture that works in an older low-ceilinged house. The range of finishes also help to coordinate it with existing finishes. The only reason this did not get 5 stars is because the glass bowl does not sit very well in the oval frame.
