    The Carmen 30 Table Lamp features a methacrylate outer diffuser and a matte white glass inner diffuser. Offered a with chrome base and stem. Inspired by the orange and grey reflections of the sun on the Atlantic. Carmen provides ambient, diffused light. On/off switch located on cord. Select from orange or grey.

    Developing his artistic inclination through his skill at drawing since he was a child in Barcelona, Alfonso Fontal went to school for industrial and interior design. After receiving his training, he founded Modiss in 1994 and is in charge of its aesthetic line. He has received several international awards for his passion for experimentation, including the Pinnicle Award (2000) of the American Society of Furniture Designers and the Good Design Award (2004) from the Chicago Athenaeum.
