I used this fixture over the medicine cabinet in my small NYC bathroom. It provides enough lighting for the bathroom and looks great. I used Elf1 in one bath and Elf2 in the other, and love the series. They provide great lighting and look modern and elegant. I would buy it again.

We redid our bathrooms, ordering ELF2 and the Kovacs Bath for comparison. The Elf2 is simply beautiful, modern but not trendy - not hard to put together- (we have one vertical and one horizontal, like the vertical best actually). We love it. Only caveat - it is very bright. We were going to get the Elf2 and the Elf3, but sent the Efl3 back and doubled up on the 2, because the 2 was really, really bright. Definitely use with a dimmer if you can. Not a complaint, just be aware. Looks stunning.

Although the light itself is nice, providing excellent lighting in the bathroom, unfortunately, the light arrived somewhat defective, being unevenly mounted on the base. By the time I had it installed and realized it was crooked, I was just too weary to return it, as it was the final element in a bathroom renovation which I just wanted to finish. Otherwise, I like the light, at least in theory.

As a bath vanity light this is perfect. Most of my female clients love the light for putting on make up, men love it for shaving. I was so pleased with my Elf2 Bath light. It completely compliments the contemporary architectural design of my home. I have never liked overhead lights-(I am also a photographer)as they are not complimentary to anyones face. These lights, placed at just the right height are perfect. Although I haven't installed it yet-I compared this lighting fixture in a store, which was designed in Italy, to a copy-that is also nice to look at, but I noticed a serious difference. The quality of light was softer-not a harsh light because of the quality of the diffused glass used to cover the light. As this is going to be used in my bathroom, I wanted a soft, flattering light and I was so happy to have found it! I was most impressed with the service I received from Ylighting .
