At first, I was worried that the light fixture would not look nearly as good as its picture on the website. But it turns out that I need not had worried at all, because after I received the light fixture and had it installed, it looked so beautiful. Even more beautiful than the picture. It's also SUPER BRIGHT which is what I wanted -- something modern looking, cool looking and very bright for my new renovated bathroom. I recommend this light to everyone who may be considering it and I would even buy another one if I need a second one for any reason.

This light provided broad light over our medicine cabinet which wasn't too harsh or blinding. The softness of the light itself didn't leave your skin looking to washed out / green like some bright bathroom lights, which i also appreciated.

This is a beautiful fixture for our updated bathroom. The metal compliments many other features without being too showy.

I bought an ELF3 and centered over my 72" wide bathroom vanity. Before buying it, I was not sure if it would be wide enough (about 40" wide). It turned out to be the perfect width, since it is the same as our one 40" wide centered sink.

It looks great!

I had swayed back and forth between getting two ELF2's for that location, but I am glad that I settled on the one ELF3.

I also bought two ELF2's on the same order - one for my son's bathroom and one for the powder room.

All are installed over vanities and all 3 of these lights looks great.

The great part of all this is that I got them on sale for either 20% or 25% off the regular price. It was a Y-Lighting exclusive and I was lucky enough to catch it. Right place, right time, right price. Quick shipping too - arrived sooner than expected.

With all that I said above, I was most impressed with Y-Lighting Customer Service....

The two ELF2's arrived in perfect condition, but both of the diffusers on the ELF3 were broken. You could see that the shipping company was hard on the box.

I called Y-Lighting Customer Service to report the broken diffusers and expected to get the run-around. No such headache! The representative was awesome! They told me to keep the box in case the shipping company needed to come see it and they also said they would ship out replacement diffusers to me immediately.

Huh? Are you kidding me?

I was stunned and I will never forget it. Good for them, because that helped them to get a big order from me a few weeks later.

The replacement diffusers arrived in just a couple of days and, instead of sending me two, they sent me a spare - there were three in the box! Great, since I have 3 of these lights with 4 diffusers total!

Very impressive, Y-Lighting. Excellent work!

I needed a certain size of vanity light due to limited space above mirror cabinet, only a few inches. My medicine cabinet is wide so I found this the perfect size and the light it gives off is not directed just downwards or upwards so it's easy to see yourself with few shadows. This light is elegant, modern and clean looking and the satin nickel finish goes with bathroom hardware. i give it a 10!!!

I re-did the master bath 2 years ago, purchased two lights before this one - the mirror was high and all of the other lights provided up light- this one provides about 180 degrees of light

The light is made in Italy (spoke with the manufacture) and its great. Give off light in 180 degrees instead of just up lighting. This is perfect as my bathroom mirror is very tall and I was not getting a lot of downlight with the old mirror.

The wiring in our bathroom is constrained to a single outlet over the dual vanity, and this light had the challenge of filling in for an out-dated but very light-efficient 300W globe-light bar. The Elf3 and the 6 60W "xelogen" bulbs included with the light are well up to the task.

My wife and I love the clean modern lines of the Elf3, and the two frosted glass cylinders disperse the light well while limiting the glare from each bulb.

The design of the light is quite clever. A clip on the right side pulls off, allowing you to remove the right glass cylinder. Then a center clip bends to the right, allowing you to remove the left glass cylinder. In this elegance though is the design's one weakness, which is that it takes a little fidgeting to get the two cylinders to sit at exactly the same height once replaced. Once accomplished though, one can fully appreciate the beauty of the design, and all is securely held in place.

All in all, we're very happy with the Elf3, and planning on getting another one for our master bathroom.

Once this fixture arrived, I was under the mistaken impression that a lot of clearance was necessary to change the bulbs- but one call to Blair at YLighting cleared that up! Just a couple of inches is all you need. I was so happy to be able to keep the fixture because the light is REALLY nice, the perfect size for our new bathroom, and elegant and low-profile.
