If you find a lower "To-Your-Door" advertised price we will match the competitor's price. The "To-Your-Door" price is the total price of the order delivered to your door, including product costs, tax, shipping and/or handling fees. The competitor must be a United States based, authorized retailer for the manufacturer. The product must be the identical, including being built to United States specifications. YLighting must be able to directly verify the competitor's price with a uniquely identifiable invoice, faxed or emailed to YLighting, dated within 15 days of the YLighting purchase. Invoice must include actual shipping and handling costs (shipping estimates are not acceptable). The 100% Price Protection Guarantee excludes price matching on clearance, returns and closeout items. Shipping + Processing Charges For a limited time, we are offering Free UPS ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $75. For orders less than $75, UPS ground shipping will be offered at $9.99. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express shipping options. Charges for our express shipping methods are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and are displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen. Items are generally in stock, allowing us to ship soon after your order is placed, although we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Items are shipped from the warehouse closest to your mailing address that has the item in stock. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to the warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders. If you have over-ordered, or if you have ordered an incorrect item, please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA number). Large orders may be shipped by freight at our discretion. If you are ordering internationally, note that the shipping charges automatically calculated are estimates; if the actual shipping cost exceeds the calculated cost, we will contact you to obtain approval prior to shipping. If you place an order for delivery outside of the United States, be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed. For our Canadian friends, we offer UPS Canada Standard as a shipping option. For orders originating outside of the United States, we may require additional documentation and/or alternate forms of payment. Remember that all prices are quoted in US dollars. For orders originating overseas, we also require a minimum order size of $500 or the order will not be processed. Prior to processing a valid overseas order, additional shipping charges may apply and will be confirmed with you before shipping. For estimated transit times, please visit the UPS website. Transit times for UPS shipping methods, including Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select are based on the number of business days from the time your shipment is received by UPS until the order is received at your delivery address. Returns + Exchanges YLighting is dedicated to providing our customers a superior shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% refund on unused, never installed merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs; however, we are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as track heads with extensions, or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website). Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of $15. For example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a credit to you for the price you paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct the greater of what we actually paid in shipping or $15.00. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to YLighting. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and received by YLighting in new condition and in the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, trackable shipping method to return items. We do not accept returns on light bulbs. Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back. Defective W.A.C. Lighting products may be repaired or exchanged for replacements during the five year manufacturer warranty period; contact us for warranty policies of any other manufacturers we carry. Warranty YLighting does not itself warranty the products offered for sale on this website; however all W.A.C. Lighting ("W.A.C.") products are sold with the following manufacturer warranty: "W.A.C. warrants to the first non-dealer purchaser of any of its products that they are to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If a product does have a defect, W.A.C.'s obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charge, at W.A.C.'s factory after prior written return authorization has been granted. W.A.C.'s obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the product and accordingly any consequential damages or labor costs arising out of a defect are expressly excluded. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered or improperly used. Notice of a defect must be received by WAC within two (2) years from the date of purchase. Excluded from the two (2) year warranty are all light bulbs, which are warranted to perform satisfactorily to the industry standard burning hours rating, but in no case to exceed two (2) years. Also excluded from the two (2) year warranty are the HID ballasts, which are covered by separate manufacturers' warranties. W.A.C. will not accept any responsibility or liability on the ballasts whatsoever. Contact W.A.C. for information on the manufacturers' warranties."
