Clean and versatile. The Kartell Armless Maui Chair is available in a range of eleven colors. Its elegant lines, agreeable colors and practicality make Maui an extremely versatile chair. The polypropylene seat is attached to a chromed steel structure. It can also be coupled with other chairs of the same type in endless rows by means of a simple rear hook. Offered in sets of 4 chairs. Also available in single and double armrest versions.
Notes: The Maui chair can be stacked up to seven high.

Vico Magistretti was an Italian industrial designer, known as a furniture designer and architect. He graduated from the Politecnico di Milano University in 1945 and became a follower of Ernesto Nathan Rogers. He initially worked in urban design in Milan. In the 1950s he moved into the field of mass-produced furniture and lamps working for companies such as Artemide, Cassina, De Padova, Flou, Fritz Hansen, Kartell, Schiffini and others.
Vico Magistretti's works have been shown in some of the most important museums in Europe, the United States, and Japan and are included in many permanent exhibitions around the world. He received many awards, including the Gold Medal at the 1951 Trienniale, the Grand Prix at the 1954 Trienniale, two Compasso d'Oro awards in the years 1967 and 1979 as well as the Gold Medal of the Chartered Society of Industrial Artists and Designers in 1986.See other lights/products from Vico Magistretti
