    Miss Balù is a modern interpretation of the quintessential 1800s table with central support leg. The use of a new plastic compound also guarantees resistance to abrasions as well as optimum product life. The café table is available with either a round or square top in a black or light grey finish. Also available in a larger round dining table.

Having designed furniture, hotels, mega-yachts, lighting and many others throughout his career, Starck has become a fixture in modern design. Not only does Starck create beautifully unconventional designs, he creates a finished product whose main purpose is to function well before anything else.

    Philippe Starck has obtained many important acknowledgements, including the Grand Prix National de la Création industrielle and the Honor Award of the American Institute of Architects. In Starck's own words, "subversive, ethical, ecological, political, humorous... this is how I see my duty as a designer."
