Made in Italy by Kartell. Pop is the first "infinitely repeatable" sofa. Easy to dismantle, Pop is composed of identical transparent polycarbonate single-seat modules placed side by side to create the sofa's solid frame. Ample and soft goose down cushions are available in a rainbow of colors in either cotton or Trevira™ polyester fabrics. A special outdoor edition is also available, with technical water-repellent Sunbrella® fabric and polyurethane cushions. Pop is an extremely adaptable product, perfect for adults and children alike, public and private establishments, both indoors and out. Available with transparent or black frame, in three sizes and a wide variety of fabrics. Kartell products can be easily recycled. In order to simplify the recycling process, the various components of Kartell products can be easily separated and reduced to elements made of one single material. In 1986 Lissoni founded the Studio Lissoni. Since then Piero Lissoni has worked with a dense list of design brands, such as Boffi, Cassina, Kartell, Living Divani and Flos on a wide diversity of designs of furniture and lighting. Lissonis's projects are often total designs, such as full-scale interiors and architecture of hotels, offices and showrooms, yachts and private homes. He's inspired by many different elements but also designers such as Danish Arne Jacobsen and Poul Kaerholm. Piero Lissoni's design principle is never to design for a specific function or purpose - but to design for human beings.
