Rated 4 out of 5 by from FUTURISTIC MODERN STYLE I was at first not satisfied with this product because at 3:00 o'clock the the minute and hour hands weren't perpendicular to each other, the angle wasn't precisely 90 degrees. I called Kartell and they immediately responded by letting the vendor know, and Yliving responded by sending me an email in which they stated they were sending me a replacement product. The prompt responses, on the part of Kartell as well as Yliving, was gratifying and restored my confidence in both the manufacturer and the seller. I use the clock not suspended on the wall but rather sitting on the top of my bookcase. It is spare, minimalist in design, and complements my other pieces.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NOT AS SHOWN The clock which I received is not what is shown on the website. It has three hands (second hand included) not two as shown and the Kartell logo is at the bottom of the clock not in the center as shown. Additionally STARK is missing. Nowhere on the clock face does it say STARK. I am a bit disappointed by this as I really liked the look and design of the clock shown on the website versus what I received. Details make a difference to me. Regardless I am keeping it as I couldn't find another retailer which sold the version with two hands and the STARK logo.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Need to pay attention! Yliving sent me a white face clock with black hands. I checked with Kartell and they said they now make the white one with black hands only. In addition, the second hand was completely off--it was broken when it arrived. I was very disappointed this time. Though, there was a better ending. Kartell decided not to request the return of the item. Saved my trip to Fedex office. And Yliving promised the immediate refund. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A modern clock that's easy to read Perfect proportions. The red dial hands make it easy to read. I especially like the second hand. To my eye, it makes the clock more interactive, not just a clock hanging on a wall. Construction is sturdy. Easy to hang. I love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No return policy After a two month wait for the clock. We were sent the wrong color "clock hands." Customer service mentioned this item is non-returnable. It remains in a closet.

The minute and hour hands come in orange colour ?  Because I want it exactly as the picture shows. Thank you !!

Asked by: Gladys
Hi there! The hands on the clock are a beautiful and strong red-orange. It allows them to stand out in strong contrast to the back round of your choice "...in a chromatic synthesis, transforming time into an aesthetic experience". To discuss this clock in greater depth, or to follow up with anything else, feel free to give us a call anytime at 866.842.6209 and we are more than happy to go over some options with you. Thanks for reaching out to us! Stephanie, YLighting Team
