Even my third one had scratches on them but by that time I was sick of packing and calling the customer service so I just kept it. I understand these chairs tend to scratch more than wooden chairs... But I can't stop wondering -- how in the world did my Louis Ghost chairs came intact when I ordered them from a different company 3 years ago..
