The scratch-resistant painted surface and tapered central leg made of plastic and aluminum let Dr. NA live separately with the small armchair to form an ideal dual concept. Select from eight pastel colors.

Kartell products can be easily recycled. In order to simplify the recycling process, the various components of the Kartell products can be easily separated and reduced to elements made of one single material. And the plastic parts of each product carry, clearly printed, a universal Recycling Identification Mark for ease in sorting and recycling.

Philippe Starck

Born in Paris in 1949, Philippe Starck is one of the most original designers and architects of the last three decades. Having designed furniture, hotels, mega-yachts, lighting and many others throughout his career, Starck has become a fixture in modern design. Not only does Starck create beautifully unconventional designs, he creates a finished product whose main purpose is to function well before anything else.

Philippe Starck has obtained many important acknowledgements, including the Grand Prix National de la Création industrielle and the Honor Award of the American Institute of Architects. In Starck's own words, "subversive, ethical, ecological, political, humorous... this is how I see my duty as a designer."
