Design by Ferruccio Laviani.
Made in Italy by Kartell.

This clever column table lamp from Kartell's Toobe Line is clean with an ultramodern presence.

Toobe by Ferruccio Laviani was conceived from the idea that the use of a PMMA extruded tube could, according to length, become either a floor or table lamp. Thanks to an innovative coloring technology, Toobe is the first Kartell product to be "faded" to permit a special light to be diffused within the cylinder. The handle in the lamp body makes the pole functional and easy to move. Select from five transparent color options. Also available in a floor lamp.

Material(s): Pmma, Polymethylmethacrylate, Polymer

Dimensions: 7.9"D X 21.7"H

Bulbs: 1 X 25W 120V E26 (medium base) self ballasted compact fluorescent lamp (not included)

Great lamp and great affordable price.

I was searching for a new lamp to replace a very expensive glass on that i kept breaking. I first saw this on the Y Lighting sight. But since i really like my lamps made out of glass i was resistant to buying it. But after seeing it at the kartell Shop in Miami Florida and how beautiful it was i knew that i had to have it. It looks and works great.....looks like glass but if i knock it over it can take the hit. A beautiful object to look at everyday and at an affordable price!!

Beautiful lamp, not a whole lot of light

The lamp is beautiful and it works great with the space, but it doesn't give too much light. Maybe the other color versions give brighter light (I got the red one). But I love Kartell.

Great bedside light, gets tons of compliments

We love these lights. We have two in blue and they are perfect in my son's room. They give off plenty of light for reading and can practically light a whole room. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the second of the two lights I ordered arrived lighter in color than the other.
