We completely remodeled our whole kitchen and looked at so many different pendant lights it was getting ridiculous. We finally decided to go with the onyx due to the variation and coloring which coordinated with some of the coloring in our granite. I'm happy to report these lights are absolutely wonderful. They give off a warm glow to the room creating great ambiance while providing excellent lighting. Each one is slightly different in their variations which makes it an added bonus. If you are looking for a warm, simple and natural material lighting fixture try the onyx.

Terry G, FYI these are not heavy glass, they are STONE!! I have these hanging over my kitchen peninsula. They illuminate the stone beautifully and many have commented on how pretty they are. One of the lights arrived with a frayed cable; I called ylighting and a replacement was sent right away. Couldn't be happier.

I was pleasantly surprised that the light fixture is so heavy and of good quality. My client loves the soft yellowed light from the glass shade. It is good to use in an area where you want no direct glare and soft ambient light with brighter light shining out of the bottom of the fixture. Nice in a Powder Room, but would not use it to adjust makeup.

The Onyx pendants are more beautiful that we expected. This is a high quality pendant that gives off a beautiful warm glow. The install was a little tricky and I would recommend a professional install. The price was the best I found on the internet. I highly recommend this item.

I'm a designer and a homeowner, so I knew that I wanted a quality product for our bar pendants. I didn't want to go to Home Depot or something similar because those lights are painted glass.
