When using a remote transformer, a remote canopy is necessary. The 4 inch round direct power feed canopy allows for the closest-to-ceiling possible mounting of monorail with a remote transformer. Power feed canopies are mounted to the ceiling and can be located anywhere along the rail. Remote canopies include a 36" standard length of 10AWG flexible, pleated coaxial power feed and complementing rail adapter. The coaxial feeder is field cuttable and easily shortened by the installer.
