I recently ordered 5 glass lighting fixtures. Every lamp arrived in perfect working condition and the glass enclosures were nicely wrapped and protected from breakage. Only criticism was that there were no installation instructions included, but I was able to go to the YLighting site and found the instructions there, so all ended well.
