The Evolution 4 in. Low Voltage New Construction Housing by Calculite by Lightolier. New Construction Non-IC housing supplied with pre-installed telescoping bars which extend 16" to 24" on center joist spacing. Integral screws securely attach the housing to wood frames. Made from 14 gauge galvanized steel, the junction box is accessible from inside and outside the luminaire for easy installation and provides a outside J-Box door which is hinged for maximum access.

Features:

  • Non-IC Housing, insulation must be kept 3" away from any part of the housing, trim or bulb.
  • Electronic transformer (supplied) provides from electro magnetic interference and short circuit protection.
  • Dimmable with Low Voltage Electronic Dimmer.
  • Damp location rated.
  • Complies with Air Leakage Requirements as stated in the Model Energy Code.
