Born in 1976, Diego received an honor degree in industrial design at the Milan Polytechnic University's Faculty of Architecture. Since January 2001 he was been working for Luceplan as a designer collaborating with Alberto Meda and Paolo Rizzatto. He also has been involved in an experiemental lighting thesis prepared in collaboration with Luceplan Spa, 3M and Bomin Solar Research, a German research center devoted to alternative energy sources.
