Design by Paolo Rizzatto, 1992.
For reading, working, conversing, writing, resting or meditating. The on-off switch is controlled by the rod attachment. The light and washable silk screened polycarbonate shade rests on two points of balance and is therefore capable of oscillating if bumped, and it produces a warm and pleasant diffused light. Its unmistakable, slim but structurally solid structure fits naturally into any interior. The rotational brush treatment of its natural aluminum square base emphasizes the quality and distinction of this material.

Merging new design and technological solutions with enduring style, quality, function, and efficiency, Luceplan products are extremely popular in Europe and have been available in the U.S. since 1978.
This is an excellent small lamp, attractive but not showy, which uses ordinary bulbs, emits a diffused light and has an easy on off switch.
I now have four of these lamps, two in the living room and two in a bedroom. The light they emit is diffused through an opaque white plastic shade, and is suitable for reading as well as for ambient light. They are minimalist in profile and a very clean design. I am enamored with the on/off switch which is a great improvement over in line switches and minimal visually. Small in size, they are unobtrusive yet emit 60 w of light. I recommend them heartily.

Creates a stunning, warm glow
Beautiful lamp. The base is carefully engineered and executed with sharp clean lines and excellent proportions. The shade in daylight is a warm persimmon color, and when turned on, glows with subtle warmth. This small version is perfect for the dimensions of a Manhattan apartment, but the larger table lamp and floor lamp would be good choices for larger rooms.

Simple and Lovely
As I type this review, the Costanzina Table Lamp is providing me soft light, which is nice, considering I am in a basement. The lamp is constructed very simply and it is very easy to put together. I love this lamp because it plays its role of a lamp: beautiful light, isn't complicated, and fits into any environment.

I really love this lamp. It has a simple, clean, and contemporary design with solid construction. It is fairly small, but still provides plenty of light.

Clean, simple design and great light.
I like this lamp so much that I bought several of them. The design is simple and functional. The shade gives a very nice glow. I particularly like the orange one, which gives a warm ambiance. The shade rests on pivot points and is made of polycarbonate, making a light structure, thinner than glass would be.

most elegant lamp in the world
i own many designer lamps. my love of lamps goes along with an unhealthy love of shoes. this little gem makes me smile every time i 'flip' it on.
this lamp was bought to supply light while watching tv. i choose the blue shade and was not sure how it would work.
well it was the perfect choice! small and delicate, this light source does not interfere with the image and allows me to knit or read while somebody else is watching the tube.
the minimal yet expressive solution to lamp making by luceplan is a rare instance of perfect design.

This lamp is both stylish and functional. In a small city apartment it takes up very little room and provides lighting fit for both accents and reading as a table lamp. It blends into any environment and enhances it. An excellent buy for a touch of Italian style.
