Strip is a family of wall, ceiling and suspension lamps of very reduced thickness for linear fluorescent tubes, designed according to modularity standards allowing sequences and juxtapositionings according to geometries "in equilibrium". Its very few basic elements such as the die-cast aluminum shoulders, the extruded aluminum distancer profiles, the electrical component housings and the opaline polycarbonate diffuser screens, allow modular lighting units of different dimensions and brightness to be created, whose common feature is their flat, low profile very close to the wall. This thickness reduced to the minimum makes Strip particularly suitable for places requiring unobtrusive lighting that adheres as closely as possible to ceilings and walls, for example in corridors and staircases. Merging new design and technological solutions with enduring style, quality, function, and efficiency, Luceplan products are extremely popular in Europe and have been available in the U.S. since 1978. Customer QuestionsQ: What is the output of the Luceplan Strip Wall / Ceiling Light D22/2? I am thinking of using it over a bathroom sink and I am concerned that it is not bright enough. A: The 17 watt T8 fluorescent lamps actually have a light out put comparable to a 100 watt incandescent lamp. Each 17 watt puts out 1300 lumens. Plus with the fluorescent you will not get the shadows that are common to incandescent lamps. Free Shipping. Price Guarantee. Easy Returns.
