Design by Paolo Rizzatto and Francisco Gomez Paz, 2010.

Rationalization of materials and a visual lightness were the inspiration in creating Hope. It's polycarbonate petals are actually formed by Fresnel lenses that optimize reflection and refraction which enhance the luminous effect.

Hope renews the fascination of the crystal chandelier in a floor model. A series of thin polycarbonate Fresnel lenses, created using imprinted microprisms on polycarbonate film to achieve a dioptric effect similar to glass (without the limitations in terms of space, thickness and weight), multiply the light from the light source. The lenses are attached with injection-molded polycarbonate twigs to the polished stainless steel stem and base. In-line dimmer switch is located on the cord.

Would these work with a dimmer switch?

Asked by: Yasmin Pavri
Hi there! These are incandescent so you will need to use a dimmable Incandescent bulb as well as plug it into a wall socket that is wired to a dimming switch. Should you require some additional clarification beyond this and would like to speak to a Product Specialist directly, feel free to give us a call anytime at 866.842.6209 and we can assist you. Can I buy a part for this lamp, namely the threaded bolt at the bottom?

Asked by: Doddo
Certainly, this is something our parts department would be happy to look into for you. All parts inquiries are accepted via email, so send a quick email to parts@ylighting.com with your previous order number if you have it, name, best contact information, and the part you are hoping to replace. Make sure to reference the original fixture as well, so that the process goes a bit faster. From there, our parts team will create a custom invoice for you and reach out to the manufacturer directly for pricing and availability. You can call in payment at a later time. We look forward to your email, and thanks for contacting us! Parin YLighting Customer Service
