The lamp is a very nice design, very beautifully minimal and heavy too - a good thing. I love the light it casts, you can turn it up or down. We set it to face down for our stairs and it is exactly the amount of light we need. The only issue was that our electrician was a bit baffled by the Italian design and had some difficulty figuring it out. I called Ylighting and they helped us out. All good!

Needed a small form factor front door light that was elegant and modern but wouldn't overwhelm the door or entry. This small light fit the bit perfectly. More money than other choices, but high quality finish and didn't require the extra box for our door.

Quality of the light is amazing. Engineers should look into their hardware package for the Canopy. I had to make a trip to the local hardware store because the mounting screws would not fit a standard junction box.

Of all the AWL Alume wall sconces, this one has the cleanest lines. Make sure you use the AWL supplied electrical boxes to make the backplate disappear. The sconce is quite heavy (looks to be milled from billet aluminum!) and exudes quality everywhere. Its about the size of the fist of Andre the Giant. You won't be disappointed. My only regret is that they don't make a double version for up and down lighting.

Don't forget to ask for the mini junction boxes and have them shipped early. Be careful when ordering items not in stock as they can be delayed longer than expected. YLighting has been good at communication and the original ordering was easy. The fixture from LumenArt is amazing & you or your client will not be disappointed.
