Customer Reviewsspecs are not clear The underside of this fixture is a clear acrylic plate - the coils of wood veneer are sandwiched between this plate and a white acrylic top - they are not exposed as the photos suggest. The only wood veneer that's exposed is the wood band around the rim. It would have been helpful if the product description mentioned this rather than creating the expectation of getting a fixture that "celebrates the beauty of wood."
