Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacement fit the bill! I have these ceiling fixtures throughout my house. I love their clean style. The glass reminds me of a cloud. One of my glass fixtures fell and shattered when I didn't reattach it carefully enough after cleaning. YLighting told me it would be less expensive to order the entire fixture than just the glass alone. Even though the (ceiling) part had been redesigned, the glass was the same and fit neatly into the fixture I already had. I would have given this fixture 5 stars if the ceiling part hadn't changed because I prefer the old polished brass finish and it would have been nice to have a spare!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One gorgeous light fixture I was looking for a modern surface mounted ceiling light that was elegant, timeless and cost effective. The Jesolo light fit the bill perfectly. It is unobtrusive while providing a significant amount of lumens of light for its size. The quality and finish are excellent and it is easy to take off the glass housing to change bulbs. Kudos to the designer and manufacturer for producing such a fine product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The George Nelson Propeller lamp is a dream come true. I had been looking endlessly for two hanging lamps for an 1820's house we are restoring/rehabbing to live in. Our design philosophy? Anything that looks old is original to the property and the rest is uncomplicated modern. The hanging lamps in question needed to look modern but not obtrusive, and we wanted the light to expose the walls and ceiling in an open hallway with cathedral ceiling. The search was well worth it when the Propeller lamp appeared on my computer screen. It is large but has an extremely soft quality. Its unusual geometric shape picks up surrounding lights differently and blends in beautifully, almost mystically, with our warm off white walls and ceiling paint. Since it can use up to an 150 watt bulb, the light is excellent and is distributed well. We are thrilled. Sadly, the prices for the Nelson lamps went down a week or so after our purchase of two of them (see Ball lamp). But this is good for you!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from terrific light fixture at a great price I bought 6 of these fixtures for my closet, laundry room and bathroom. They work great in all locations and I have them on dimmers which makes them really versitle. at low levels they produce a nice warm orange glow. At full brightness a good clean white light. I lilke the white glass too, diffuses the light well enough that you can't see the lightbulbs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value and elegant light I found this a little hard to instal the glass because the screws are so close to the ceiling. It is important not to tighten the screws too much as there is a danger of breaking the glass if screws too tights. I found the two 40 W lights not quite bright enough in my rooms even though the rooms are fairly small. They look very elegant in any case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jesolo lamps are attractive and light well. We needed ceiling lamps for a small vestiule and a 1st floor bathroom. This ceiling lamp remained in the number 1 slot during my long search for lighting fixture for a new house. The light is distributed well in the small spaces and a bit of distance from the ceiling is welcome. A definite recommend and they come is various sizes for one's needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't beat it! If you're looking for a great value and a simple, clean, modern design, you can't go wrong with this fixture. I've used these many times both as wall and ceiling fixtures and have always been very happy. Nice light...also, you can't see the bulb through the globe which I've found to be a problem in similar but more expensive fixtures.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This very well-designed fixture with clean, modern lines produces smooth, even light. While the look of this product is lovely, removing the glass casing to change lightbulbs is extremely difficult. Although the metal bezel is barely visible it would feel more contemporary if it were offered in another finish besides white.

How often do you have to change the square board LED fixture and how is the quality of the light? I'm not a big fan of compact fluorescents and the tungsten seem to have a much shorter life. Thanks.

Hi there. This sort of LED module has a lifespan of right around 50,000 hours, which based on average household use will give you at least 20 years before any maintenance is needed. To top it off, LEDs will only consume a small fraction of what an incandescent bulb will, meaning it's much easier on the wallet, especially over time. Please let us know if we can offer any additional clarification beyond this - we are happy to help! Parin YLighting Customer Service
