Bought this fan for use in my home gym. Works great for keeping cool while working out. And, it looks great too!

Put it up in a 8 x 11' room with 11' ceiling, pitched walls, odd shaped room. used the 20 inch drop bar, works great, looks interesting, pushes air around pretty well, a little scary on high, sounds like it's going to take off. I like that I can stop the oscillation and keep the fan in one spot with the remote.

The Diane Ceiling fan was a perfect choice!
I selected it for a residential loft space with exposed duct-work. There wasn't enough space for a traditional fan so she seemed to make sense. I had a concern about how much air flow would be created... turns out Diane is SO MUCH better than expected!

The classic aero design with oscillating movement makes the fan a conversation piece. We installed it in a loft space that can get a little warm and now it is cooler and a wonderful place to lounge. I would recommend the Diane Ceiling Fan to anyone looking for a fan that is both functional and stylish.

Great air flow, little fan, high revs...means that even on low it make a propeller-like sound, perfect if you like the sound of turboprop aircraft, not so good if you like to sleep. They should have slowed it down a bit. Who would possibly think of using this fan on high, it sounds like you are at an airport and it's just way too fast airflow.
Badly conceived fan, alas I paid like 350 for it.
