I like this product but I had to wait 4 months to receive it.

I finally got this fan and I absolutely love it. The YLighting website claimed it was "ready to ship" in early November and it ended up arriving in mid-January. I called their customer service number three times and got no info or updates. No one knew when it would finally arrive. I can understand shipping delays from the manufacturer, but better communication between customer and retail store would have helped ease the delay. On one of the calls the rep just told me they did not know when it would arrive and very curtly asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I was tempted to cancel and give the order to a more friendly site, but I had already paid for the fan and didn't want to go through the reimbursement process. So it eventually arrived and all is well, but it would have been a better experience with more customer friendly reps.
