    As the name implies, the futuristic Concept I provides a taste of things to come. Simple in style, yet ingenious by design. The Concept requires 75% less time and labor to assemble and install than conventional ceiling fans and this version is UL Listed for wet locations. Features 3 concave blades with 14° pitch and 52" blade span. Includes 3.5" and 6" galvanized steel downrods, cap for nonlight use and fullfunction wall mount control system, WC212. Available in three finishes: white with white opal glass, oil rubbed bronze with Pietra glass or brushed nickel with white opal glass. The Concept I has a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

    Simple, stylish fan.

    I installed one in a large room with a cathedral ceiling. Even at the edges of the room, it generates a nice cooling breeze with remarkably little sound. Setup took a little while, but the directions were meticulously detailed. I'll be buying at least two more.......

    Terrific Fan

    I was trying to match the other fans in my house and needed something all white and modern with an integrated light.

    I unpacked it and put it together, and hung it up. The only slightly tricky part was fitting all of the components in the tight space - don't cut your wires too short - apparently they are sensitive - so make sure that they are all well connected before you finish up putting all the parts in place. Installing the wall remote was just as easy - and it looks nice with my other dimmer switches. I like the fact that the blades are plastic instead of the fake wood ones - they are even a bit shiny and are easy to clean. Very happy with the fan - it's quiet and works well with my 9' ceilings.

    Remote control

    This fan not only looks great, but it works so well. It has 3 speeds, all of which are quiet too. This fan is extremely well made and will last forever. This is a great purchase.

    Great design, quality and function

    This might be obvious to others, but it wasn't to me. A "wall mount" remote control - at least for this fan - is a hard wired remote control. It is not portable - it is mounted into the wall and connected to your home wiring.

    I was looking for a clean, modern looking fan that was rated for outdoor use for my covered front porch area. I ordered the Concept I Wet fan and it arrived two days after I ordered it. I had an electrician install it, along with the wall mounted remote that fits in the space where my original wall switch was. The fan is designed so that the rod that holds the fan from the ceiling can pivot slightly and balances itself pretty well. It comes with a simple balancing kit if it's needed, but mine was balanced and didn't need it. The fan looks great and I love that the included light has a dimmer built in to the wall remote. I've had it for about three weeks now and am very happy with it.
