Nowhere near as "sleek" as some of the heads...but this one holds every lamp I threw into it, including the LED lamps that didn't seem to fit in my other PAR 38 line heads. The base of those lamps made them an impossible fit. With this PAR 38 can...no problem. It looks like a fixture that is designed to swivel in the arm and provide full 360-degree ro0tation, but it in fact cannot make a complete turn in the U-bracket as the cord is too short to allow full rotation. The U-arm suggests this unit can swivel in its arm with full 360-degree rotation; in fact, the electric cord, which enters the side of the can, is too short to permit full rotation ... so there is a blind spot. The ones we got from yLighting were not exactly the same, but the only difference is the mechanism used to secure it to the track and that is not visible from the room. So it does what we needed and at a reasonable price.
