They are all of that and seem to be well made although I would have given them a 5 star had the bulbs been well centered in the fixture. But then nobody notices unless they were to look straight at the bulb and in my case that would mean looking straight up. Really pleased with these lights. I have both Halogens and LED floods in it and they both fit perfectly.
