I bought the electronic transformer (rather than magnetic) to balance the electronic dimmer in my automated control4 home management system. The Housing is delightfully small (coming from the 6 inch cans I have in the rest of the house), and yes it is well made and attractive. The install was a breeze. Only cons: Not IR rated, so be careful with the insulation. The wiring junction box is somewhat small, so you will need small wire nuts and some patience if you are connecting and jumping 3 romex from this box. Overall, highly, highly recommended!
