Light arrived by UPS freight in a huge box with what seemed like adequate protection, but the light had a big indentation in the bottom. Luckily, it popped out with mild pressure with no residual defects. It was very easy to install and the light pattern it casts on the walls is just awesome. The lights are much larger than you realize and I'm glad I chose the medium over the large for my purpose. Highly recommended.

This light is even cooler than it looks online and in print. We have it hanging in a massive stairway with 20 ft high ceilings and it looks like a piece of art. We were contemplating hanging art on the wall behind it but this IS art. It was also very easy to install by our electrician and is very light. We love it in black against our white walls.

The Random Light is so beautiful when lit at night, it looks magical! It is a lot of money for what it really is, but the look is so spectacular, it's worth it. The shipping was very professional, at one point there was a problem with the freight train the light was comming on, but UPS kept me informed, by phone, on the change in delivery.

My only complaint would be the instructions, they were simply a piece of paper with pictures only, no written instructions. My husband is a contractor, and it took him a while to figure them out, but he did. It's just for this amout of money, any instructions should be very clear.

After looking at this pendant in several magazines for the past couple of years, I decided to go ahead and splurge on this pendant. I was very pleased at the packaging. The lamp was delivered on a crate by UPS Freight. The lamp was easy to install and looks beautiful in my dining room. I did change the bulb to a frosted one to prevent glare above the dining room table but otherwise, I am very happy that I purchased. The only problem is that it now makes my foyer light look meek and therefore this now has to be replaced.

It is worth it to spend the money for this light. I purchased one of each size in black, and they are absolutely breathtaking. They are abstract and whimsical but substantial as well. And when lit up, I haven't seen any large scale pendant yet that is as cool as this fixture.
