Beautiful and functional

We purchased 4 drink sconces a couple of weeks ago and have only had them installed for about a week, but we already love them. The sconces have already drawn compliments from guests, too.

Two of them we mounted spaced out on a 20' wall in our kids' room - despite their small size, the 60w halogen bulb in each provides a good amount of light. We did mount another two on a junction box 9" (center) from the ceiling. The plan was to have those be down-lighting. However, we've found that the fixtures really look much better (our opinion) as up-lighting, so we've pointed them into the ceiling. When they are turned off, they look beautiful. When they're turned on, they're definitely too close to the ceiling, but not so much that it's a significant problem.

nice and clean

As some buyers have already mentioned, it is smaller than you would imagine from the pictures. But it has beautiful shape and super clean look. It gives a lot of light. Love it.

very pretty but smaller than one would expect

i think this is a beautiful design, however, it only works with a back plate which i think detracts from the overall look. the pictures of the sconce are not shown with the plate. i bought white sconces and the chrome backing does not really go with the rest of the room. also, they are surprisingly small, and, definitely look much better as up-lights.

sleek and well made

Once again, the Italians know how design a beautiful product. We have two of these drink sconces in our kitchen/eating area. They are cool, unusual, make me think of happy times with a glass of wine, and the construction is solid. They were a little more than I was planning on spending - but I am happy I went for it.
