We are dedicated to serving our customers and are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% refund on unused merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs; however, we are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as track heads with extensions, or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website). At our discretion, any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of $15 (so, for example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a credit to you for the price you paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct the greater of what we actually paid in shipping or $15.00). Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery in new condition and original packaging. We do not accept returns on lightbulbs.
Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which
can be requested by e-mailing RMA@ylighting.com
and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from when
we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return.
Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return,
the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We
cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before
sending anything back. Defective W.A.C. Lighting products may be repaired
or exchanged for replacements during the two year manufacturer warranty
period; contact us for warranty policies of any other manufacturers we
carry.
For a limited time, we are offering free UPS ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $50. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express shipping options. Charges for our express shipping methods are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and are displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen. Orders with a subtotal of less than $35 are subject to a $10 order processing charge which is automatically added to the shipping charge at the time of checkout. Items are generally in stock, allowing us to ship soon after your order is placed, although we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Items are shipped from the warehouse closest to your mailing address that has the item in stock (see estimated ground transit times in business days from the New York and California warehouses). Large orders may be shipped by freight at our discretion. If you are ordering internationally, note that the shipping charges automatically calculated are estimates; if the actual shipping cost exceeds the calculated cost, we will contact you to obtain approval prior to shipping. If you place an order for delivery outside of the United States, be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed. For our Canadian friends, we offer UPS Canada Standard as a shipping option. For orders originating outside of the United States, we may require additional documentation and/or alternate forms of payment. Remember that all prices are quoted in US dollars. For orders originating overseas, we also require a minimum order size of $500 or the order will not be processed. Prior to processing a valid overseas order, additional shipping charges may apply and will be confirmed with you before shipping. For estimated transit times, please visit the UPS website. Transit times for UPS shipping methods, including Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select are based on the number of business days from the time your shipment is received by UPS until the order is received at your delivery address.
YLighting will refund 110% of the difference between YLighting’s price and the total confirmed price of any manufacturer-authorized Internet retailer. The total confirmed price includes shipping, handling and tax as listed on the other retailer’s uniquely identifiable invoice, faxed or emailed to YLighting, dated within 15 days of the YLighting purchase, for the identical goods shipped to the same address. Invoice must include shipping costs that will be charged (shipping estimates are not acceptable). YLighting must be able to directly verify with the retailer the total confirmed price listed on the invoice in order to issue the refund.
Pricing for certain brands with universal pricing policies can only be matched, not beaten by 10% of the difference. The 110% Price Protection Guarantee does not apply to Minka Aire, Matthews Fan Company, and George Kovacs brand products. Other restrictions may apply.
