The only problem was it appeared one of the lights had been removed and put back into the box as there was an empty bubble wrap for the inner light inside the previously opened package and the glass shade was slightly broken around the neck where it looked like someone had screwed it on too tight before. It worked, however, so I didn't return it as there is no damage showing. Other than that, it took a long time to get the lights and customer service said they would let me know about the arrival time when I called, but she did not get back to me.
