The George Kovacs swing-arm lamp replaced a similar model. I particularly wanted a 3-way switch and that was the reason I ordered from YlLighting since your online description specified a 3-way bulb. When the lamp arrived, I hired an electrician to install it -- one day before a major holiday party at my home. Needless to say, I was terribly disappointed in its not having a 3-way switch but the lamp was installed and it was too late to change it. IN ADDITION, the chade has a small bubble in the plastic lining near the top, which shows up as a spot on the shade. While I love the lamp design -- that's why I chose this model -- I was extremely dissatisfied with the product you sent. And I would have returned it, had the timing been better.

A great feature that does not show in the image of this light is the inner frosted glass shade. This eliminates risk of glare, and is very attractive.

I was looking for a classic modern sconce, on an arm mount, with it's own switch to replace some bad sconces in the den in my new house. This fixture does the job. Well made, attractive, easy to adjust and a solid attachment to the wall. My only issue is the fabric shades were a little dented and crimped when they arrived, but overall they are very nice fixtures.

Solid well built product. Relatively easy to install. The screws and the plastic anchors seem a little too flimsy to handle the weight and moment force of the lamp, particularly when the arm is fully extended. I substituted molly screws for a better grip on the wall (sheet rock).

Beware of poor quality. I purchased 4 of these lamps 2 years ago and 2 of the sockets have failed. The manufacturer does not sell replacement sockets and refuses any adjustment citing their 1 year warranty.

I have 2 above my bed. Great looking and beautiful soft light. Perfect for a bedroom. Easy to install. The picture on the site looks like the shade is white, however it is a linen color

We needed reading lights next to the bed and found these. Relatively easy to install and with the possiblility taking a 3 way bulb, can be used for multiple purposes. The cord cover is not too long ~18" and should you want to change the shade at some point down the road, it has a non-standard clip system. We are very happy with the lights

This lamp is going into our newly remodeled bedroom, with a polished nickel bed. I think the brushed nickel adds a nice combination without going overboard with shiny metal. The thing I really like best about this lamp is its versatility. It fits into all sorts of decor, making it one of those pieces you can use to switch up the look between bedrooms if you get tired of seeing the same thing in a room.

How wonderful it is to be able to come into a room with the lighting we love! Even more wonderful was to be able to get these Kovacs lamps at a price we could afford. And, we were equally pleased that when they arrived, they were just what we anticipated; we were not disappointed with the quality (which is often the case when ordering a product online). The shades and the fixtures are exactly as they are pictured! And the installation was fairly easy. A great buy.
